beet100 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every Filipino player who registers on our platform. We understand that when you sign up at beet100, deposit funds, and play games, you are trusting us with personal information — and we take that trust seriously.

This Privacy Policy governs all personal data processed by beet100 in connection with your use of the beet100.best website and all associated services. It applies to all registered players based in the Philippines and is written in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), along with its Implementing Rules and Regulations enforced by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

We have written this policy to be as clear and direct as possible — because you deserve to know exactly how your information is handled, not just that it is being handled. If you have questions at any point, our support team is available 24/7 at support@beet100.best.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with the beet100 Terms and Conditions, which also apply to your use of the platform.

If you wish to exercise any of your rights under the DPA, or if you have a complaint about how beet100 handles your data, the primary contact point is our Data Privacy Officer, reachable at support@beet100.best.

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you — except in limited fraud detection scenarios, where human review is available on request.

06

Legal Basis for Processing

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, beet100 relies on the following legal bases for processing your personal data:

  • Contractual necessity: Processing required to fulfil the beet100 Terms and Conditions you agreed to at registration — including account management, payment processing, and game delivery.
  • Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with Philippine law, including AML obligations, gaming regulations, and tax reporting requirements.
  • Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and internal analytics — where such interests are not overridden by your privacy rights.
  • Consent: Processing for optional marketing communications. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting support@beet100.best or updating your account notification preferences.
07

How We Share Your Data

beet100 does not sell your personal data to any third party under any circumstances. Your data is only shared with third parties in the limited circumstances described below:

  • Payment processors: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet partners, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard processing networks receive the minimum data required to process your transactions securely.
  • Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC service providers may receive copies of your identification documents to perform automated and manual identity checks. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and data processing agreements.
  • Game technology providers: Game engine providers that power specific titles on beet100 may receive anonymised session data necessary to deliver the game. They do not receive your identity or financial data.
  • Regulatory authorities: Philippine regulatory bodies, the National Privacy Commission, and law enforcement agencies may receive data where beet100 is legally required to disclose it — for example, in connection with a court order, AML investigation, or NPC inquiry.
  • Fraud prevention services: Shared-risk intelligence providers may receive device fingerprint and IP data in anonymised or pseudonymised form to assist with fraud detection.

All third-party data processors engaged by beet100 are required to handle personal data in accordance with RA 10173 and are subject to data processing agreements that restrict their use of the data to the specified purpose only.

How beet100 Secures Your Data

beet100 implements a layered security approach to protect personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. The key security measures in place include:

  • SSL / TLS encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and beet100's servers is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS protocols. You can verify this by the padlock icon in your browser's address bar.
  • Data encryption at rest: Sensitive personal data stored on beet100's servers — including identity and financial records — is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption.
  • Access controls: Access to personal data within beet100's systems is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. Staff members can only access the data required for their specific role.
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA): beet100 offers optional 2FA for player accounts and requires it for internal administrative access.
  • Penetration testing: beet100 conducts regular security assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities in the platform.
  • Incident response: beet100 maintains a documented data breach response procedure. In the event of a breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will notify affected players and the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware.

While beet100 takes every reasonable precaution to protect your data, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You also play a role in protecting your account — please use a strong, unique password and do not share your login credentials with anyone.

Your Data Rights Under RA 10173

As a data subject under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights regarding your personal data held by beet100. You can exercise any of these rights by contacting support@beet100.best — we respond to all data rights requests within 15 calendar days.

You have the right to be informed about how beet100 collects, uses, and stores your personal data — which is the purpose of this Privacy Policy. If we make changes to this policy, we will notify you in advance.

You can request a copy of all personal data beet100 holds about you at any time. We will provide this in a readable format — typically PDF or CSV — within 15 days of receiving a verified request.

If any personal data beet100 holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request a correction. Update your basic account details through account settings, or contact support for KYC-related corrections.

You may request deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, or if you withdraw consent and no other lawful basis applies. Note that certain data must be retained by beet100 for legal compliance even after account closure (see Section 8 — Data Retention).

You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format so you can transfer it to another service. Request your data export by emailing support@beet100.best with "Data Portability Request" in the subject line.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where beet100 relies on legitimate interests as its legal basis. You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time. Objections to processing required for legal compliance or contractual performance cannot be upheld.

If you believe beet100 has not handled your personal data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. We encourage you to contact us first at support@beet100.best so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
12

Children's Privacy

beet100 is a real-money gaming platform intended exclusively for adults aged 21 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.

During registration, all players must confirm they are at least 21 years old. beet100 may request age verification documents (a government-issued ID showing date of birth) before activating a new account or approving a first withdrawal.

If beet100 becomes aware that a player under the age of 21 has registered and used the platform, that account will be immediately suspended, all transactions will be reversed to the extent possible, and any collected personal data will be deleted. If you believe a minor has registered an account on beet100, please notify us immediately at support@beet100.best.

13

Changes to This Privacy Policy

beet100 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, or industry best practice. The most current version of this policy is always available at beet100.best/privacy-policy.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect how your personal data is used or your rights under this policy — beet100 will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the beet100 platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

The effective date shown at the top of this page reflects when the current version of the policy was last updated. We recommend checking this page periodically, particularly if you are a regular beet100 player.
