Know Your Rights Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "User") and beet100 ("beet100," "we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your use of the beet100 website located at beet100.best and all associated services, games, and features made available through it.

By accessing the beet100 platform — whether to browse, register, deposit funds, place bets, play games, or withdraw winnings — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access or use any part of the beet100 platform.

These Terms apply to all players located in the Philippines and all transactions denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱, PHP). beet100 is intended exclusively for use by persons in jurisdictions where accessing online gaming platforms is legally permitted.

To register and maintain an active account on beet100, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age — the legal minimum age for gaming and gambling in the Philippines under applicable regulations.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is not prohibited by law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, whether maintained by beet100 or any other gaming authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of beet100, or an immediate family member of such a person.

beet100 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof that you meet the minimum age requirement, your account will be suspended and any funds held in the account will be returned after verification, minus any amounts that were staked on games played while underage.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on beet100. Maintaining duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering, you agree to provide your real full name, a valid email address, and a current Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. beet100 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. beet100 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other service. You must not share your password with any other person. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

All transactions on beet100 are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). The platform accepts deposits via the following methods:

• GCash
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfer
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
• Visa / Mastercard debit and credit cards

The minimum deposit at beet100 is ₱100. There is no beet100-imposed maximum deposit limit, although your chosen payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.

All deposits must originate from a payment method that belongs to you personally. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits made using a payment account registered to another individual — are prohibited. beet100 reserves the right to reverse deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder's own payment method.

beet100 does not charge fees on deposits. Any transaction fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.

beet100 is committed to fast, fee-free withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. There are no withdrawal fees charged by beet100 on any method.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless beet100 support explicitly approves an alternative method in writing. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect all players on the platform.

beet100 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or accounts that have not previously verified their identity. Requests for documentation will be communicated via the email address on your account.

beet100 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion announcement in addition to these general Terms.

Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all beet100 promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance after the qualifying deposit is confirmed. Free bets or free cards are credited to the applicable game section.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement which will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts is considered abuse and will result in account suspension.
• beet100 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where such notice is required by law.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any unclaimed or unplayed bonus funds that expire will be forfeited without compensation.

All bets placed on beet100 are subject to the specific rules of the game or sport being wagered on, in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are available within each section of the beet100 platform.

General betting rules applicable to all games and sports at beet100:

• All bets are final once confirmed. beet100 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets under normal circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per game or event and are displayed in the betting interface before you confirm your wager.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect odds or payout display, beet100 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Players will be notified of such voids via their registered email.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before it can be completed, beet100's settlement rules for that specific sport will apply. Details are available on the relevant sports betting page.
• beet100 uses a combination of automated systems and human review to detect irregular betting patterns. Bets placed in an attempt to exploit technical errors, known result information, or pricing anomalies may be voided at beet100's discretion.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on beet100. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using beet100 to launder funds or process the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to Pusoy or other card games.
• Use of bots or automation: Using automated software, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets on your behalf.
• VPN or location spoofing: Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to mask your true location or access beet100 from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider after funds have been deposited and used on beet100.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one account for any purpose, including claiming multiple bonuses.
• Impersonation: Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.

beet100 monitors all account activity and reserves the right to investigate any account it suspects of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, affected accounts may be temporarily restricted from deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay.

beet100 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information at any time.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see below).
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement direction relating to the account.

Dormant Account Policy: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login and no financial transaction for 12 consecutive months. beet100 will notify you via email before applying dormancy charges. A monthly administration fee of ₱50 may be deducted from a dormant account balance to cover maintenance costs, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

If you wish to close your own beet100 account, you may do so at any time by contacting support@beet100.best. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method.

All content on the beet100 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, and promotional materials — is the property of beet100 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the beet100 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any beet100 content without prior written authorisation from beet100.

The beet100 name and logo may not be used in any context — online or offline — without explicit written permission from the beet100 team.

beet100 collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

beet100 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required to deliver the service and comply with applicable law.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data beet100 holds about you, and to request correction of any inaccurate information, by contacting support@beet100.best.

beet100 takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming should always be an enjoyable activity, and beet100 is committed to providing tools that help players maintain control of their gaming behaviour.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at beet100, free of charge and accessible via account settings:

beet100 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. beet100 is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, connection interruptions, or device failures outside beet100's direct control.

beet100 is not responsible for any telecommunications, internet, or device failures that prevent you from placing bets, completing deposits, or accessing your account. In cases where a bet was accepted by beet100's servers before a connection failure, that bet will be settled based on the official result of the relevant event.

beet100 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the beet100 website at beet100.best/terms-conditions.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — beet100 will notify registered players by email using the address on file, at least 14 days before the changes come into effect where practicable.

Continued use of the beet100 platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through beet100's internal dispute process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
